Donate in Honor of CC DuBois

Tax deductible
After being diagnosed with brain cancer in the fall of 2016, CC DuBois passed away as result of the disease on January 2, 2018. She was an emerging, award-winning scholar of public policy, avid sports fan and uniquely kind individual. When pressed how her network could support her during cancer treatment, CC asked anyone inclined to spend money on her to instead donate to charities to which she regularly gave. One of the two charities CC prioritized was the Truman Scholarship Association (TSA).

CC's connection to TSA began when she received a Harry S. Truman Scholarship in 2006, a highly competitive national scholarship program recognizing college juniors for leadership and public service commitment. She continued to be actively involved with the network of Truman Scholars, serving as the Truman Scholars Association Regional Captain for the Chicago area.

Please consider giving in honor of CC DuBois to the Truman Scholarship Association, helping to advance public service and community building in ways that reflect CC's own commitments. Donations will be processed monthly by this site and sent directly to TSA.

The Truman Scholars Association is comprised of all recipients of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship and functions as an alumni association to build and maintain connectedness among Truman scholars and to support the work of the Truman Scholarship Foundation as a beacon for public service.
