My Catering Food Truck Kitchen Project

Having worked in many kitchens for many employers over the past several years, serving great food to countless happy customers, has in turn made me a very happy person, because I love to cook. Eventually there comes a time in one's life when the drive to achieve one's dream becomes all consuming and powerfully motivating, especially after being laid off, scaled back, or let go, due to cost cutting one too many times. I have been told over and over by customers "You should open your own restaurant!". Alas, it's not so easy to open a restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop in this market unless you are already well off or have great investors. I am not well off, nor do I have investors at this point. But I do have this dream, the skill, the passion, and the drive, and I am currently in search of a crowd of backers. I am ready to start building this dream I've had brewing for quite some time, and I need your support! I have decided on the purchasing of a mobile kitchen unit as the key instrument in achieving this goal.
