The world lost such a man when ….
after a courageous battle with COPD, Leonard (Bud) Phillips, longtime resident of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, passed away with his wife of 54 years by his side on September 24, 2017.

On retirement, Bud and Donna moved to San Miguel de Allende, MX in July 2008. Fortunately doctor, ambulance, oxygen and ICU in Mexico makes the final medical bills total considerably less than comparable care in US. However with no life insurance and very limited income (now reduced even further) Donna needs help to pay these bills.
OUR GOAL is $ 19,800 to wipe these debts out. We are asking your help at any level you are able to give. The Go Fund Me page will be kept up to date as we approach our goal at which time it will expire.
Bud is survived by his wife, Donna Lindsey Phillips, who will continue to live in San Miguel, and their son Scott and his family of Liberty, Missouri.
