Callie and Bryson Fund!!

How is the progress going with Bryson and Callie? Well first thing I learned is how fast amazing becomes the new normal. Normal living for the first time in well ever becomes so normal that its easy to forget how it was just a few short months ago.

Example, Thursday we had an ECOT (homeschool) fieldtrip to the Zoo. I first never would have even said yes. The last time we ventured to the zoo Bryson never saw one animal.  Bryson would say, "mom, whats next, what are we doing now, whats over there"?  He never enjoyed the things in front of him, always looking around the next corner.  I had to hold him down on the ground in a massive meltdown for reasons I can't remember. I vowed never to go back.

Well we took Callie. Wow, Bryson noticed almost all the animals. The animals were certainly interested in Callie and put on a show. Bryson got nervous a few times and we had him walk Callie. An example of that is in the short video.

Evan (husband) now started thinking of places we may be able to take the boys away from home like southern ohio. We are no longer in survival mode. We are living, enjoying our kids not worried about the next meltdown.

Words can't explain how much better it is. Evan and I are more relaxed. We are finally spending time with our children.
