Cari was diagnosed with Burkitt's Lymphoma Cancer on February 25th, 2013. This is a very aggressive form of cancer that spreads throughout the body quickly. A visible tumor developed in her neck, which sent her to the hospital, allowing diagnosis and treatment to begin before it had spread to the bone marrow. She has been accepted into the M.D. Anderson treatment program, praise God, which is the top hospital in the world for treating this rare form of cancer. The treatment program will consist of 8 rounds of intensive in-patient chemotherapy and out-patient treatment in between lasting around 6-8 months in total.
Many have repeatedly requested that we set up a way for people to be able to support us financially so we have set this site up just for that. Any donations will be used to help pay for medical bills, supplies, parking, travel expenses, prescriptions, etc.
