Hello everyone!
I started this account to try and gain the support of those that have seen me progress over the years with my baking. I'm a recent college grad that works hard & tries to turn her hobby into a super power. I've been in love with baking for as long as I could remember. From early on you could find me standing on the kitchen stool to make my Nanny's chocolate chip cookies or experimenting with my stepfather using every ingredient possible......my culinary curiosity has always been there. With your contributions I plan to take a 16 week course taught here in NY at the Sugar Room to help fine tune my baking skills. Personally I think I'm pretty good, but I want to be great!
