Dear Family, Friends and Community,
*I need your help. My 6 year-old daughter Belinda Lorena Garcia was not returned to me by her mother last night at 7pm as required by the court. I am afraid she may have taken my daughter to Texas along with a man that has a record of domestic violence and has been court ordered to stay away from Belinda. My daughter has expressed and demonstrated fear of this man every time she would come back from being around him. More than anything, my family and I are most concerned for Belinda's safety now that her mother has taken her with this man and will not respond to our calls and will not respond to law enforcement.
*I've started this fund to help with the lawyer fees I need to pay in order for the lawyer to continue representing my daughter and I in our custody battle. Without the funds, we will not be able to take immediate action to get my daughter back. Any donation you can make will help me tremendously.
This is a picture of Belinda, she goes by "Beli." Her mother and the abusive man she is with usually drive a White Chevy truck that may be a 2001.
*Please, if you see Belinda or have any information regarding where she is please contact me through here. The police have issued a "Bolo Alert" (Be On the Look Out) which notifies the law enforcement community to look out for my daughther on the said vehicle above, including state troopers, airports, etc. We are working on getting an Amber Alert.
