We've all been rooting for Eamon Lyons since he was diagnosed with leukemia earlier this year and like my family, I'm sure you've all cheered when he's had good news and prayed when he's needed our good thoughts. There has been great outpouring of help for the family as they juggle life's everyday requirements along with caring for Eamon during his treatment and recovery.
As I'm sure many of you have thought about what you might be able to do for the family and wondered how you might help their family through this time. I know for certain I can't compete with Jamelle's from scratch cooking so that's out of the question for me! But what we can do is help alleviate some of the many expenses they will incur as part of Eamon's recovery and rehabilitation as well as Jamelle and Eamon's time away from work as they spend every possible moment helping young Eamon. We can help the Lyons family with some of the out-of-pocket costs they will incur such as co-pays and deductibles for the therapies Eamon will require in the coming months.
If you would prefer to help the family in a more traditional fashion and do not feel comfortable donating online, please contact me below and we can arrange something. The gofundme site also take a small percentage to manage this account. I will plan to provide the family with the funds as we hit milestone amounts and will update everyone on this site frequently.
