Brice Alexander Bailey was born a healthy boy at 5 1/2 weeks premature on July 10,2009 in Thomasville Georgia.  One week after he was born he was life flighted to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital where he was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. Brice spent two weeks on a ventilator, the first month in a half of his life was spent in PICU. At six months Brice began to have infantile spasms, these are small seizures that happen between 30-100 times daily. He was treated with ACTH therapy that cost $100,00 just for the treatment.  Brice also received injections in his legs twice a day for three months to treat the spasms. After not reaching a few milestones in his development doctors later diagnosed Brice with Cerebral Palsy. And this was the beginning of our journey.
    Through out Brice's journey he has under gone Botox injections every three months in Atlanta Georgia ,to help decrease the tightness in his muscles. He has had leg surgery and attends physical therapy twice a week.  During this process Brice has improved his ability to walk with the assistance of his walker. However he is still unable to stand on his own.
