Brian Bejar Leukemia Care
"Hi my name is Brian Bejar and I got Diagnosed with Leukemia August27, 2017. I have been going through Chemo therapy and taking all the pain that goes with it. On my last Chemo therapy that they did, my body got really weak and I got a bacteria in my stomach that has gotten my organs swollen and is pushing them up making it hard for me to breath, taking deep breaths is hard and to even get up out of bed. I am a big guy, but my stomach isn't allowing me to eat because when I eat all I feel is intense pain, nausea and always want to vomit. Even if its in small amounts. Currently, I am still in the hospital trying to get healthy and better."
Brian is 17 teen years old, currently under extensive treatment.
His single mother is not able to work and is now his full-time caregiver. This cancer has not just been an emotional hardship for him but it has impacted his family financially.
