Dear Friends and Family,
For the past several months, I have felt God stirring my heart to enter the ministry. After researching my options, I have chosen to pursue a ministry opportunity by joining Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and to attend one of their Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) in Newcastle, Australia. The DTS will last six months beginning January 2014 and will be broken down into two parts. The first phase involves a 12 week training program. During the second phase, I will be traveling on an outreach to another location where my training will be put into action. The location for this outreach has not yet been determined since it is still months away, but I will keep you updated once I know.
I have prayerfully considered the call that God has placed on my life and am excited at the opportunity to finally take these steps of faith in pursuit of the journey He has set before me. As you can imagine, this will require a significant financial obligation on my part. I am currently working full time in an attempt to cover as much of the cost on my own. But this is so important to me that I am willing to step out of my comfort zone and ask others for assistance.

Most importantly, I ask that you keep me in your prayers as I begin to navigate this life-changing opportunity in hopes that God will shape and use me according to His plan for my life. Lecture Phase - $3,950 AUD
Outreach Phase - $2,500 - $5,000 AUD
Flights - $2,000 USD
