The world lost a friend, brother, son, and overall kind-hearted individual on February 16th. Brendan tried to make everyone smile. He could light up a room with his personality. He was my social butterfly who never met a stranger. I was honored to be his mother for the short 19 years God shared him with the Earth.
Brendan is on a new path. Through the spirit of his memory, the Brendan's Smile Foundation is supporting a new mission:
- Award $5000 worth of annual Scholarships in Brendan's memory that advocate for continued suicide awareness and prevention education in the public schools.
- Provide grants for community suicide awareness educational programs
