Speedy recovery & healing for Jelena

Updates:  from Mike and Andrea!  Hi everyone.  We are so thankful for Joanna for setting this up on our behalf.  It took us awhile to jump on the bandwagon because we know so many people are struggling financially. Also, Andrea has a really hard time asking people for help.  Well, with her support we have finally decided that unleashing this is a good thing.  Also, note that we have Venomo (@Andrea-Colasurdo) and Zelle (434-760-0362) for cash transfer options.

GAS MONEY CAMPAIGN IN FULL SWING! As Charlottesville didn’t have the treatment technology that Jelena needs, she is now getting treated at Johns Hopkins at Sibley Memorial in - you guess it, Washington DC. Jelena’s treatments are Monday - Friday, 5 days a week. The commute to DC has just begun. Remember, what’s most important is to please pray. This 12 and-a-half year old needs it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for everyone who had donated. If you have not …… PLEASE chip in to help with gas money! If three people donate 10.00, that will get us a trip there and back! What’s more important however, is prayer. Please. The entire family needs strength that is not our own right now. ————————————— In late January, my niece, my amazing, adventurous, sweet Jelena, started vomiting. That turned into horrible headaches, and a "very long story" shortened is the devastating and heartbreaking realization that Jelena has a cancerous brain tumor (I still can't write that without crying). 

She is getting multiple tests and surgery. Everything is overwhelming physically, emotionally, and spiritually for this sweet girl and the entire family. 

Financially, any gift amount would be greatly appreciated, a few bucks gets gas in their tank as they make the weekly commute. Spiritually, please pray.
