Double Lung Transplant for Bradley

I've known Bradley for about 25 years. He and his wife, Laura, are two of my best friends. We have laughed together, celebrated together, cried together and mourned together. Ten years ago, Bradley was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis and all of our lives were forever changed. 

In order to survive, Bradley will get a double lung transplant at Duke very soon. Laura will have to take a leave of absence from work to be his sole caregiver after the operation and their children will have to live with family members until it is ok for them to be reunited. In addition to the enormous emotional impact on their family, the financial burden will be massive. 

I don't want them to have to worry about how they are going to pay for this surgery - at one point, Bradley wasn't even considering it because of the financial burden he would put on Laura and the girls! I  am creating this Go Fund Me page to help them focus on SURVIVAL and wellness. I am creating this Go Fund Me page because Bradley and Laura are just the best human beings and the best friends I could have ask for and quite frankly, they would never do this for themselves.
