BOB WOOLSLAGER Kidney Transplant

One day you're on the golf course, the next day you're in the hospital being told your kidneys are shot. This is what happened to our good friend Bob Woolslager. On October 1, Bob was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy. Unfortunately, he is one of the 25% of patients with this disease that have total kidney failure. Bob will need a kidney transplant. While waiting to find a donor with a "matching" kidney, he will spend what equates to a part time job at a dialysis center.

As you can imagine, this is just the start of a long and challenging journey for Bob, his wife Rose and his three kids, Anna, Tess and Leo.

For those of you who know Wooly, I don't need to tell you he is the first in line to give a helping hand. Many of you have inquired about Bob's status and have been asking if there is anything we could do. I thought this site would be a good way for us to give Bob and his family a helping hand to minimize some of the financial impact of this terrible disease and let them know they are in our thoughts.

This site will track all financial donations and well wishes made through the site.
