Hey There...Bless Delilah's Heart!!

Donation protected
Baby Delilah was born on June 4th to Amanda Allen and Ever Tinoco. When she was born, they were told she had Microtia, where the ear is not fully formed, and she would need surgery to fix it but it was likely only cosmetic. Relieved it was nothing serious, they settled in to enjoy their new baby girl. After going through all of the routine tests, the doctor requested an ultrasound to check her heart and blood flow as she only had 2 blood vessels in her umbilical cord instead of 3. When they read the results, the hospital staff jumped into action. Delilah was moved to the NICCU. She was diagnosed with TETRALOGY OF FALLOT. It is a rare complex heart defect, actually,it is 4 separate defects that make up the condition:
*A large ventricular septal defect (VSD)
*Pulmonary stenosis
*Right ventricular hypertrophy
*An overriding aorta
Baby Delilah was transferred by helicopter to UNC. She is currently being evaluated by a team of specialists to decide on a treatment plan. Mom and Dad both work to support themselves and Baby Delilah. They are not sure how long they will be up at UNC or how much her medical bills will run. They also do not know if the surgery to fix her little ear will be covered or out of pocket. We are grateful to anyone that is able to donate, and even more grateful for Healing Prayers!!

Thank you and God bless.
