The Bishop SF Memorial Fund

Bishop SF Makalani-Mahee -  activist, minister, artist, educator, orator, author, playwright, poet, musician, brother - passed away on November 20th, 2017.

If you knew his name; if you've ever sat and spoken with this spitfire for 10 minutes or more; if you've ever had the pleasure and honor of having him unleash one of his prayers over your dinner table; if you've ever had him stand right beside you in whatever fight you found yourself in, whether it was political, emotional, sometimes even physical as he stood with me, then you know what kind of person Bishop SF Makalani-Mahee was.

We lost a one-of-a-kind Christian soldier for truth, justice and righteousness; he will be forever missed.
We want to honor him by saying "Thank You." Thank you for everything he's done for our communities - Christian, Black, LGBTQ, womens, the arts, children, education, health outreach, political, etc.  - with a memorial/community gathering that will cost.

But, he's worth it.

If he's ever touched your lives like he's touched mine and you find it in your heart, please give a small donation.

SF would've touched his chest, bowed his head a bit, then looked you directly in the eyes over his glasses and said "Thank You."

Rest in Power, my beautiful brother.
