Birkenstock Village helps support seven employees and their families with our local business. They are the people who provide the amazing customer service and care you have come to love and count on.
During this Covid-19 emergency, our personal and business savings can only support them so far and we are looking to you to help. Business interruption insurance policies exclude loss of business due to virus.
Your donation is STRICTLY to support our employees.
Any amount will make a difference to them --$5, $25, $250, $1,000 -- whatever you can do.
If you need it, we will happily give you 20% of your donation in store credit when you show us your donation receipt.
We are actively applying for all government and private sponsored support the moment it becomes available. Our staff will also be applying for government support -- and still, unemployment benefits will be less than our staffs' normal pay.
Your contributions will be divided evenly among our employees (with part-time employees receiving half what full-time staff receive).
We never imagined we would have to ask our community for this – and yet, you are our people and we hope you will help.
