Help Bill Pittser & Family

Donation protected

One of the kindest, most caring, generous and thoughtful persons I have ever encountered in my life really could use some help right now.I've known "Billy" since childhood and he has always been one of the few people in my life that I've looked up to as a mentor. He has always been the guy that would welcome ANY person into his life with love and open arms. He's a God-loving family man that exemplifies what a "true" Christian should be. He has love for everyone and is the guy that you can just talk to about anything and feel better after doing so. He is a ray of light for so many people in his world. 2017 wasn't the greatest year for Bill. He was in and out of the hospital with unexplainable and scary health problems. A low heart rate and a seemingly failing liver caused a scare in August that had Bill's wife, three children and all of us friends feeling helpless. His recovery gave us quick peace, but little did we know his problems were not over. In October Bill was offered a new job, which he turned down. The following month, in November, Bill was laid off.
In December good news was shared that he had a new job opportunity starting the first of 2018. And just as things seemed to be looking up....Christmas Day for Bill and his family wasn't the day any of them wanted or deserved...

Well, the New Year has begun and our friend Bill is so terribly ill that he's been admitted to the hospital on New Year's day.
He's had to decline starting the new job because his health will simply not allow it. He's devastated, scared and unsure what the future holds. The stress and worry of being unable to provide for his wife and three children is not how this man should start 2018. He has way too much to worry about already. I'm not one that's too big on sending "thoughts and prayers". I want to do more than that. Something that is tangible. I also struggle with starting a GoFundMe because I don't want my friend to feel like we're asking for a "handout". I don't want to do this when it's too late. Stress alone can kill someone. This guy is too nice and too many people need him here for awhile! He's helped countless underprivileged children through Tulsa's Run The Streets program. I think it's time we help Bill.
Please consider this GoFundMe campaign to help lift the financial stress and burden that is affecting one of the kindest men I've ever known. Bill Pittser. Thank you for your time in reading this and thank you for your contribution...ANY amount will help.
