A Wing and a Prayer

On January 6th Mario was admitted into the Emergency Room in Mexico City for severe abdominal pains. After a series of scans and tests it was revealed that he had developed a tumor which was causing the blockage and distress. Mario’s family took swift action under the advice of the doctors to have the tumor surgically removed and soon due to the impact it was having on his overall digestive system. The first surgery was unsuccessful as Mario’s body countered the surgery by falling into cardiac arrest. Again under the advise of the doctors and surgeons Mario underwent a second surgery to rid his body of the tumor. The second surgery was successful, but instead of awakening to meet his family once more with the good news he was on his way to recovery, his body decided to drop into a coma. Mario’s family remains at his side hoping and praying for any sign he is responsive. Mario and his fiancé welcomed a beautiful baby girl in August of 2017. It is in her name that this fund has been created. A donation of any denomination is appreciated and welcomed.
