Please help Bernie's Girls!

It is with the greatest of sadness that we deliver to you the heartbreaking news of the passing of our colleague and friend, Bernadette Matos, who recently lost her battle with cancer.  Our ContraVest Family was so incredibly blessed to be a part of her life for so many wonderful years. Her gorgeous smile, playful sense of humor & incredibly kind loving heart lit up the room each time she walked in. She will be forever in our hearts…

You may or may not be aware that Bernie who was a single mom who left behind 6 daughters that she loved dearly & the 2 youngest, Kimmy 18 (in college locally) & Brie 16 (a junior in high school), will carry the responsibility of maintaining the financials & mortgage. We are asking everyone to please consider helping as no donation is too small! Even $5 when given by many can truly make an impact. ContraVest will manage the donations to the fund & allocate them to the mortgage company as long as the collection of the funds will allow. Our hope is that the girls will be able to stay in their home as this was so important to Bernie and we want to honor her the best way we know how by taking care of her girls.
