Benny Landa's Recovery Fund

Dear Friends of Benny Landa,

As many of you know by now, Benny fell on Saturday and sustained a severe fracture in his left elbow. There will be many struggles for him in the weeks ahead. Although he plays "righty", Benny is left handed. As a journeyman guitarist, playing is his sole source of income. He will be without income for the length of his recovery and it may take some time for him to rebuild his regular gigs.

There is no financial cushion for Benny short of the wonderful network of friends and colleagues that he has built during his career. There is no one with a bigger heart or who gives more freely of himself than Benny Landa. Those of us who know him understand that he's all heart, which is directly reflected in his lifelong passion for all things guitar.

Benny's financial needs are modest compared to many folks. I'm trusting that together we can help Benny ease his mind and concentrate on returning to rocking shape without the added stresses of falling short on his financial obligations. With his own humility, Benny would never ask for financial help so let's take the time to just reach out and help.

The short story is, we are his safety net and we won't let him slip through the cracks.
