Friends & Family:

To know Ben is to love him! In July Ben was diagnosed with stage IV Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Ben has undergone radiation and chemotherapy. It was agressive therapy but Ben has kept a positive outlook and attitude. The doctors just after the new year gave Ben a 6-12 month prognosis. It was a lot to process but he found that fighting Army Ranger spirit, positive attitude and reached out to his prayer warriors. It was at this point that Ben was suddenly hit with the flu. The flu can be bad for anyone but particularly for a person undergoing chemotherapy with no immune system to fight it off. It literally was touch and go but again Ben fought the flu and won.

This brings us to where we are today. The flu may be gone but the virus still remains. The doctors are not able to do any more chemotherapy treatments until the virus leaves Ben's body. The hard reality is Ben is now being sent home for hospice care. Ben wanted to be in a loving environment at his Mom and Dad's (Delores & Jerry Peal) home instead of a Hospice Care Facility.

Ben wants to Thank you all so much again for your prayers, visitis, calls, texts and Facebook messages. Thank you for taking your time to show and share your love. Ben has hardly complained, has fought with all he has and will keep fighting.

TIME IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE! As medical care only covers so much we are reaching out for your support. This cancer diagnosis and timeframe has all come so unexpextedly, not that one is ever really prepared but Ben is still so young and preparations had not been made. Please help to give him the care, peace of mind and freedom Ben needs and deserves by donating if you can. Ben is a proud Dad of his son Ben and his joy is granddaughter Mya. This relief from to extra stress of finances will allow him to spend his days in as much peace and comfort as possible. God willing, the virus will be fought off, his strength will return and he will enjoy one more fishing trip!

It takes a village and our family is so grateful to all of you for your continued prayers and support. Please know that no donation is too small & no share goes unseen! Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts.
