Help Angelina and Jaycee

My name is Jaycee, I’m 21 years old and, as of August 11, a first time mom. 4 weeks early I gave birth to a beautiful girl, Angelina. Her birth not only came early, but there were some complications. Angelina and I almost didn’t make it. We were moved from our local hospital to the University of Utah Hospital on the opposite side of the valley to get genetically tested. After many days and even more tests, they found a diagnosis. Angelina has Congenital Hyperinsulinism. Her pancreas creates too much insulin. She can't live a normal life without medical intervention. But, they didnt have the equipment to treat her. They told us we needed to go to the other side of the country to get a PET scan and maybe surgery. On September 5, almost a month after she was born, we were lifeflighted from Salt Lake City to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. After many more tests and trying to get her tiny body to work on her own, she had to have the life saving and, definitely life changing, surgery. 7 weeks after arriving, on October 23, Angelina had 98% of her pancreas removed and has been recovering since. She now has a permanent "button" on her belly that allows us to give her the nutrition she needs to regulate her sugar levels without a feeding tube. Angelina needs 24/7 around the clock care. I haven't been able to work since Angelina was born. I have stayed by her side for 15 weeks and, now on November 24, we get to go home to Salt Lake City. I am thrilled! Except, we don't have a place to call our home yet. I am asking for donations to help get us on our feet and so I can find a job, and care for Angelina.
