PRAYERS FOR LANDON

Hi my name is Jennifer, I am setting up this account for  my friend Holly. She has a 2 year old son, Landon, that was recovering from walking pneumonia. On Monday 08/18/14, Holly noticed Landons breathing was off, so she decided to bring him to the ER. She thought she was going in for respiratory issues, but they performed a chest x-ray which showed signs of either fluid around the heart or an enlarged heart. After the results came back it was neither, the doctors are unusre what is causing the heart to fail. The only answer they gave her on Tuesday was either it was a virus, which all test came back negative, or the other explanantion is while recovering from the pneumonia his body shot off antibodies/a negative signal and attacked his heart. On Thursday 08/21/14 she found out her 2 year old son needs a pacemaker or a heart transplant.  On Friday 08/22/14 they found out Landon is starting to regress so he is being airlifted to Houston today or tomorrow to a hospital that has a more experienced staff. Prayers are really needed at this time.

Holly is married with a 7 year old boy at home she has not left the hosptial since Monday night, she is a working mother, that will be taking an extended leave of absence from work. She did give me the permission to set up this account, however Holly does not like to ask for help, but she and her family will NEED it. I am asking for you to please donate anything you can to help alleviate their financial burden that they will be facing on this long road.

On 9/2/14 Landon was released from the hospital, he is no longer on IV medication, he is now on oral meds. He has is good days and his bad days, but for the most about he is stable. Thank you for all they prayers & donations. At this time we are still asking for any donations because the family is starting to receive medical bills & had to come out of pocket for some of the medication Landon is on. Please continue to pray for Landon and his family
