Help a #CHP Officer Get the Care He Deserves #LESM

SUMMARY:  On October 22, 2019, Brandon Reynolds, a California Highway Patrol (CHP) motorcycle officer, was involved in a life-changing traffic collision while on his way to a crash. Due to the severity of his injuries, Brandon will be in and out of hospitals having surgeries to save his leg.  To date he has had 5 surgeries with a minimum of two more to go.



INJURIES:  Broken shoulder, 2 broken ribs, broken wrist (3 places), broken hand (approximately 5 places), shattered femur with 22 cm of bone missing, broken fibula, broken tibia.



NEEDS: Brandon's wife, Kim, has been at Brandon's side while he is at the hospital and recovering at home. Brandon and Kim have 8 children, 4 who still live at home. Kim works full time as well as takes care of the children. We would really like to raise money for Kim to only work part-time while Brandon is undergoing surgeries over the next 3 months.

To be clear, Worker's Comp will cover the medical bills. This GoFundMe is to cover expenses not addressed by WC and to allow Kim to cut back her work hours to stay home part-time to care for Brandon.
