This means that you can invite colleagues outside of ALMT to join in, usually as part of a local “mini challenge” (like an ALMT vs Global Markets competition, for example). There is no functionality for non-employees to log their kms on the platform, but why not get friends and family to walk, run, row, cycle, swim and cross train with you to help you get your kms up!
