New Assisted Chair

Hi my name is James, I suffer from a functional neurological disorder caused by among other things a dissociative syndrome, PTSD, heart failure, POTS and peripheral artery disease PAD

This FND has robbed me the use of my legs and causes Dissociative or psychogenic nonepileptic seizures.

 

My local social care board has accepted a grant to supply me with bed supports, barriers to stop me falling out and adjustable legs, however before I can receive these I need to first get a bed. My current one is a broken sofa bed with various miss matched mattresses which is not suitable for my long term care needs.

This fund is for a suitable bed for the equipment and a recliner chair.
