WHY OUR SPORT NEEDS YOUR HELP -
Funding for this sport has & continues to be an enormous challenge, we are the only all female Olympic sport representing Great Britain at the Tokyo 2021 Olympics & yet no guaranteed funding post Olympics! Without vital funding, training & opportunities for our elite athletes across our senior, junior and youth squads will be limited. Within our sport we strive to be recognised as a competitively driven discipline and to receive equal support & funding opportunities that other Olympic sports receive. On limited funding our sport has achieved two silver medals in the past two consecutive years at the Fina World Series. Our Athletes deserve the opportunity of continuing to represent our country on the international stage, whilst continuing specific training under our elite performance programme to reach their full potential.
Funding received by Swim England and UK sport to date has enabled our elite athletes to achieve many greats accolades for which we are thankful.
We are asking for your help to raise much needed funds to support the Artistic Swimming England Talent pathway athletes of now in and the future. We are excited to help and support these athletes to unleash the potential for excellence from pool to podium.
