Billy is a friend but most importantly he is a U.S. Veteran.
On Saturday morning, when he arrived at the track where he keeps his engines, tools and race kart in a locked trailer, he discovered the kart had been torn up, the engine (a 125cc Shifter), radiator and tools stolen (valued at $10,000). At this point, he doesn't have the funds to get back to a running state, -- killing his chances to compete in major races next year.
