Fire at Arisu Japanese Cuisine, NJ

Yesterday there was an electrical fire at the restaurant, Arisu Japanese Cuisine, located in Marlboro, NJ off Rt. 9, that caused substantial damage. As any business owner may know, this creates inconveniences such as closing the business temporarily (therefore a loss of business + loss of customers), business interruptions, emotional distress, structural damage, repair costs, etc. Not only does this effect the owner greatly, but the hard working employees that work there as well - waiters, waitresses, dish washers, cooks and chefs that all rely on this establishment for their income. Please be mindful that a month’s worth of pay is a lot for them to lose.

The owner of this beautiful establishment has a heart as big as the world. He is an absolutely humble and generous man who in turn deserves our generosity from the community given back to him. There are a bunch of small kittens that live behind the restaurant that rely on the owner for food. These kittens absolutely adore him. He feeds them every morning and every night and even makes specialty sushi rolls for them! His love for these kittens portrays his heart and care for not only human beings, but animals as well. The owner is simply a wonderful man. He is a hard working, caring, and compassionate individual who selfishly takes care of everyone and everything in his path.
