Help fund Medical costs associated

I experienced a seizure a couple of weeks ago and I was told it was the result of a AVM or Arteriovenous Malformation an abnormal connection between arteries and veins and resulted in a intracranial haemorrhage.
It means I've had to give up teaching about a dozen group fitness classes a week and my job, plus driving for now until I have brain surgery in the next month in Perth 600km from my home in Kalgoorlie 
The funds will help with unforeseen expenses eg Ambulance, and trips medicine Etc.
These funds will help alleviate monetary pressure from me and my family.
