In Loving Memory of My Wife

Donation protected
In 2010, my wife and best friend Anjela,
was first diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and underwent radiation, chemotherapy, and a double mastectomy.

Sadly, after repeated chemotherapy treatments, my family was recently informed that Anjela's cancer was nonresponsive and had spread to her liver and kidneys.

She is now home for hospice care where our son and I, along with family and friends, are surrounding her with love and maximizing every additional minute she is with us.

The funds raised here are to help with the high cost of hospice care, Anjela's funeral expenses (we do not have life insurance), and establish a scholarship in Anjela's name for African American girls attending college with STEM majors.

Our Story
I met Anjela when we were both 20 years old in San Diego and have watched her in awe through our nearly 21yrs of marriage as she graduated with honors from Howard University School of Architecture in Washington, DC and excelled in the difficult male dominated career of Architecture in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.

Over the years we have grown up together and raised our beautiful son as true partners. I'm truly grateful to have these last week's with her to make sure her transition and legacy are as loving as her life has been.
