Thank you for taking the time to read about our friend. I don’t think I can fathom the physical distress that the disease as well as the treatments cause. The survivors are left with hardly enough energy to work and yet miles and miles of bills that require SOMEONE to pay them. And as humans in this great big world, it is our responsibility to take care of each other in times of need. Our sweet friend, Angela needs our help.
On March 24th 2017, Angela was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative ductal breast cancer, which is extremely rare. It has required chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries and medicines. It is hard to focus on getting better while the bills are racking up. And what about the money it takes just to live and try to eat healthy for a body to fight this sickness?
Angela has been one of those people that we have witnessed thru the years really go to bat for people. Even in her battle, she has strived to make a difference and be a picture of hope for others.
If you are a close friend, an acquaintance or you just stumbled on to this page, listen to your gut and if it’s telling you to help, we’d be honored to have it. Please help this person who has always been willing to give first and take care of others. Now it’s our turn to step up.
And… to add to the fight, come out and tie one on with Big Time Grain Co. at the Red Room (Overland Park) on October 1st, 2017. Rumor has it that the lead singer will get a pink mohawk when funds reach $10,000.
