As you know, we just celebrated our 30th Year Reunion this past October.
Little did we know that shortly thereafter, on November 19 ~ just one day before her birthday ~ our dear friend and classmate Angela Dorman Brown would be diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer.
Angela is a single mom raising two beautiful children.
Hope is 17 years old and Jim is 11 years old.
She will begin chemotherapy treatment on December 18th and will go every other week for 4 months. As is the case with most of us ~ she will not get paid for the time she has to take off from work.
The goal of this FUN-d Raiser is to help raise money to PAY IT FORWARD to Angela.
If each of our Socastee High School classmates donated just $10 ~ or a little more if you’re able ~ it will hopefully ease some of the financial burdens she is facing with her upcoming medical expenses and household expenses.
So please ~ donate what you can.
