Amy Dore's Bus Crash Fund

Donation protected
Friends and family have come together to create an account to assist Amy Dore in buying a new bus after the fatal accident.Amy was driving a group of Lafayette High baseball players back home Saturday February 15th when the driver of an SUV recieved a blowout and lost control, striking her bus head on.  The high speed impact forced the bus off-road.  Due to Amy's training and experience, she was able to maintain control of the bus full of kids which resulted in only minor injuries to her and her passengers.Unfortunately, Amy's bus is now totaled and still owes on extensive repairs she recently made to her engine. This page was created to help Amy pay off her repairs and purchase a new bus.  Amy is a hero.  She maintained control and saved precious lives that day.  The least we can do as a community is help her recoup and get her back rollin'. This just in! An account has been established at Home Bank where people can make in person deposits instead of this page. Checks can be made out to Amy or cash. Amy is the only person who had access to this account so it is secure. Just make sure to let the teller know it is for the fund!
