Amber's Cancer Story


Five months ago, Amber began having dull headaches randomly and then soon to have them continuously every morning and evening since then. After going to the doctors within those five months she was told that it was only allergies and was given allergy medication. When that didn’t work and the headaches started to interfere with her daily life, she pressed for a cat scan. The cat scan then showed unfortunately a brain tumor. After she had brain surgery to remove the tumor, test results showed that this tumor called Anaplastic Astrocytoma Grade 3-Stage 3, was cancerous. Next month will be the beginning of a long journey with Chemo and Radiation.








Amber is 28 years old and just recently got married this past August. She was looking forward to having enough money saved to buy a house and having a baby with the love of her life. She is one of the kindest, friendliest people you would ever meet. She always thinks of others and her husband and family are her world. This news has been devastating and we are keeping lots of positive thoughts and prayers and know that Amber is strong and will beat this.
