Amber Latkowski, age 18, of Ramsey NJ died suddenly on Friday, April 4, 2014.
Amber was a lifelong resident of Ramsey and currently a senior at Ramsey High School. Amber was a dedicated student and loved working in the school library. Amber was the Captain of the Varsity Bowling Team. She had a love of books and was an avid reader. She also loved singing in the St. Paul's Church choir. Amber could make friends with anyone and usually was the first to welcome a newcomer into the school. Amber touched a lot of hearts during her short time on this earth. On that note let it be known that Amber truly loved all her friends. She was going to start her freshman year at Bergen Community College and study Library Media Sciences in the fall. Forever she will always be our love, our life, and our inspiration. Her parents true world.
Amber is survived by her loving parents Dave and Cheryl; brother Ryan who is a student at Eric S. Smith Middle School in Ramsey; She also leaves behind her two beloved dogs Mackenzie and Lucy.
Grandparents Gene and Gloria Bialkowski, Ridgefield, NJ; aunt JoAnn and uncle Jordan, cousins Nicholas and Carlee of Sparkill, NY; uncle Stephen and Toni, cousins Madison and Taylor of Upper Saddle River, NJ; In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the Amber Latkowski Memorial Fund at TD Bank in Interstate Shopping Center in Ramsey, NJ.
