Please help! My boys need their mom

I was diagnosed with a large tumor on my pituitary gland on Monday.  The pituitary gland is " the master gland" and controls 6 major hormones. Due to my tumur my body is attacking itself releasing too much of some hormones and not enough of others. I have been diagnosed with acromegaly, which is ultimately fatal if the tumor is not removed.  I am going to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN on April 28, 2014 for consultation prior to surgery. Bruce is unable to come with me for financial reasons and because it is too stressful for our Jett Ola to have his daily routine interrupted. So, Bruce will come when I have the actual surgery which should be in the next month. I have health insurance and work full time. I have been picking up extra shifts in anticipation of our mounting medical bills and traveling expenses related to the surgery, but this is going to be financially devastating.
