Purdue Grand Prix Kart- Alpha Sig

Donation protected
Last year, the Alpha Pi chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi at Purdue University was refounded by 48 young men. Many years ago, Alpha Sigma Phi was a thriving fraternity however the lack of involvement and motivation lead the fraternity to its end in 2013.  The 48 refounding fathers along with 30 other new members are excited and eager to show the cominunity what being an Alpha Sig truly means.

Purdue's Grand Prix is one of the university's largest student events. Since its beginning, Grand Prix has matured into a successful and well-run organization that concentrates its fundraising efforts to provide scholarships to students.

In prior years, Alpha Sig Racing has had many great experiences being involved with Grand Prix. However, now restarting, our chapter currently does not have a kart to compete with. Our goal is to raise at least $5000 that can be used to purchase a new racing kart or the parts needed to build our own. There are also multiple registration fees and other miscellaneous fees that are involved with Grand Prix that our chapter cannot currently afford.

Our goal is to raise the money by January 31, 2016 in hopes to participate in the spring 2016 Grand Prix. Please share this family and friends! The brothers of Alpha Sigma Phi, Alpha Pi, appreciate any donation possible, and thank you for your generosity!
