Alma Rose Path to Recovery

Alma Rose has touched all of our lives in some way or another.  Whether it be providing us with the latest hairstyle, calling to wish us a Happy Birthday,  cooking her world famous homemade Tamales and sharing them with us, or just calling to give us a friendly hello. Alma's kindness and spiritual nature has had a positive impact on all of us.  It's now where Alma Rose, my aunt, needs our help.  She was recently involved in a car accident that has left her temporarily disabled.  We, as her family and friends, are grateful and blessed that she's still here with us today. Alma Rose has suffered numerous injuries, and is currently unable to get around on her own.  Her long road to recovery will require months of intense physical therapy and time for her wounds to heal before being able to get back out in the world again. We know she will get through it, and come out a stronger person than ever before, both physically and mentally.  Due to the current nature of her healthcare situation, we are looking to friends and family that care for her well being to help out by making donations to help cover her medical costs, treatment, prescriptions, and transportation to and from therapy.   Until Alma Rose injuries heal, she will be unable to perform her job of styling hair, so she needs us, those that care about her, to help out while she works hard to get back on her feet again.  We know she can do it, and we want to let her know we're all with her in this.  Every little bit helps in situations like this.  I have set our goal in hopes that in a few months, Alma Rose will be back up on her feet and ready to continue to touch our lives the way she always has before.   Also, please feel free to reach out to Alma Rose by phone.  Your thoughts and prayers will help keep her motivated and maintain a positive attitude through this difficult time in her life.
