My name is Alessandra and I have had the privledge of being invited to join the People to People Student Ambassador program Mediterranean Traditions travel experience to Italy, France and Spain in the Summer of 2015.
The Academic Focus will be on Architecture, Anthropology, Art, Conservation, History, Language learning, Regional foods, and World religions.
I will uncover ancient history and discover modern-day wonders on a unique journey. In Spain, I will explore Gothic castles and get an insider’s look into the sport of bullfighting; in France, I will see medieval cities and relax on magnificent beaches; and in Italy, I will walk through ancient Roman ruins and rappel off a castle wall! I will also give back as a global citizen during an environmental service project.
I believe I will discover so much more on this trip!!!
The experience costs $6500 which includes all room and board, meals and travel fees. I have already planned several fundraising activities , but I need your support as well.
I only ask you to contribute what you can whether it's $1, $5, $25 or MORE!
I'm so grateful for the opportunity to experience this trip as well as the hard work it's going to take to get there! THANK YOU!
