Ali Jaber

For the last six years of my life I have been experiencing deep pain and sorrow for my father Ali Jaber. My father is a hard working man, earning an honest living to put a roof above our heads and food on the table. There are six members of my family and the youngest members of my siblings are twins that are at the age of six. Throughout time my father has been experiencing multiple types of painful symptoms of a detrimental blood cancer that stems from the Mediterranean with the name of “Polycythemia Vera”. The result of him possessing this cancer causes his body to rapidly and constantly produce a surplus of red blood cells causing blood clots and uncontrollable internal bleeding. Doctors believe this bleeding is “GI” bleeding or Gastrointestinal bleeding. Due to this issue he is unable to receive a liver transplant which will allow the bleeding to be minimized and his safety and health to increase. My mother is working a full-time job that consumes a majority of her time along with raising 4 girls in the house. My mother has to stay with my father often leaving me to take the responsibility of raising my sisters solely. I work two jobs to keep up with housing and other expenses. My father's medical bills have gone into the ten-thousands pulling our family closer to debt. My father's life is dependent on the liver transplant and time is running short day by day, but my mother and I are struggling to afford this costly procedure. I would greatly appreciate any type of help to assist my family in this painful situation. All donations that are received will be directly expended towards the hospital, surgery, care, and aid for my father. There is many steps that has to be taken in order to successfully cure my fathers medical issue, and due to the costs being at an exponential rate and not enough time or resources to take care of these expenses, I have created this Gofundme page to see if any kind soul can assist my family in this time of need.
