<div>Para mudar esta realidade, nasceram os <strong>Guinanos</strong>, uma associação de voluntariado de <strong>jovens universitários portugueses </strong>que acredita no poder da educação para transformar vidas. Trabalhamos com<strong> 13 escolas e 1 universidade</strong>, promovendo um ensino mais acessível e de qualidade, porque <strong>capacitar comunidades é a chave para um futuro melhor.</strong>

<div>Atualmente, estamos a focar os nossos esforços na <strong>Escola Netos de N'Kanandé, em Ondame</strong>, uma escola que acolhe <strong>582 alunos</strong>, mas enfrenta sérias dificuldades devido às suas <strong>instalações degradadas</strong>. As crianças, em muitos casos, têm que <strong>partilhar secretárias</strong> ou até <strong>sentar-se no chão</strong> devido à falta de mobiliário adequado. As condições de ensino são precárias e os professores não têm as <strong>condições necessárias para desempenharem o seu trabalho de forma eficaz</strong>.

<div>In <strong>Guinea-Bissau</strong>, thousands of young people see their future compromised by a <strong>lack of resources</strong> and <strong>schools in poor conditions</strong>. Without access to quality education, opportunities become scarce, and the cycle of poverty continues.

<div>To change this reality, <strong>Guinanos</strong> was born—a volunteer association of <strong>Portuguese university students</strong> who believe in the power of education to transform lives. We work with <strong>13 schools and 1 universities</strong>, promoting more accessible and higher-quality education because <strong>empowering communities is the key to a better future</strong>.
