Aiden's Student Ambassador Trip

My name is Jason Todrick, I have started this page in hope of helping my son participate in a truly life changing adventure. I'll let him explain it:

Hi, my name is Aiden, I am 14 years old and have been selected as a Student Ambassador with the People to People organization. This means that in the summer of 2014, I will be one of 40 high school students from Orange County, California who will be going to Spain, France & Italy on a 19 day ambassadorship.

In order to make this once in a life time trip happen, I do need to raise a bit of money.

I'm hoping you can help.

For years my entire world was based on playing hockey, when I got injured and that path for my life ended, I wasn't sure what came next, or what I would do without being a hockey player.

I've heard that when a door closes, sometimes a window opens. Well, This is my window.

On this trip I will get to see and do things that most kids my age never do. I will look out over Paris from the top of the Eiffel Tower, I will Stand in St Peter's square, I will walk the ancient sites of Rome, I will learn to make authentic Spanish Paella... In Spain! And so much more...

As someone who aspires to one day be a chef, the chance to go to these 3 particular countries is like a pilgrimage to culinary Eden.
