Ahava Emunah Lange Cancer Treatment

Thank you all for all your generous donations. We believe these expensive treatments in Turkey gave Ahava another year of life. In this past year, she joyfully attended her sons Bar Mitzvah, daughter’s Bat Mitzvah and her other daughters dance recitals. Those monumental events gave her so much joy and so much life. Please know your donations helped keep her alive.
But the tragedy has come. And Ahava is no longer with us. Although her body is not here, her soul and the lessons she has taught us will remain in us forever.

For close to 7 years, Ahava Emunah Lange, beloved wife to David and mother to 5 children, has been dealing with aggressive stage 4 Ovarian cancer, already defying the odds. In that time, she has exhausted all treatment options in Israel, and even had an unsuccessful stint trying an experimental treatment in the US.
In August 2018, Ahava's father discovered a new treatment option in Turkey, based on an approach that sees cancer as a metabolic disease (http://chemothermia.com).From late August until now, Ahava's condition has improved under this treatment.

As long as this treatment shows signs of extending Ahava's life and, hopefully, achieving at least a remission, the Langes will continue with it to enable Ahava to see her beautiful children grow up with their mother.
The downside of this treatment, besides the constant travel, is that it is extremely expensive and not covered by insurance. Reluctantly, Ahava and David agreed to turn to family, friends and anyone wanting to help for assistance.
We have already raised well over $100,000 but almost all of this money has been spent on Ahava’s treatments to date. We would like to raise enough for at least the next 6 months (including economy airfare and accommodation near the medical center).
