Addy helping family back in Africa.

Hi, I'm so excited you're here! Most of you know me as Addy, but in Africa I'm known as Senite, where I grew up in the small town of Sodoo. When I was in sixth grade, after the death of my birth father, my mother had to make the tough decision to put me up for adoption, with the hope of providing me with a good education. In 2008 my first adopted family brought me to America where my life was turned upside-down. Having no contact with my birth family, I went into severe depression; life was very hard and I soon found myself moving in with a new family who made me feel closer to home. Finally, in 2013, I had the chance to contact my birth family; only to find out things have gotten worse for them in my home country. I learned that they have since lost, both, their home and garden (which was their only way to survive) and now live in a small, government funded, housing unit with no income. Two years later, in May 2015, I am given the opportunity to not only revisit my home and family back in Ethiopia, but WITH YOUR HELP rebuild them a home and garden of their own so they no longer have to struggle. It would be such a blessing for you to come on this journey with me both financially and prayerfully! With deadlines coming up quickly, nothing is too small and I appreciate every gift given!
