Abby's Dream Dancing at Joffrey Ballet

Hi! My name is Abby and I am 11 years old. I have been dancing since I was 5. My favorite style of dance is ballet and I want nothing more than to dance for a major ballet company when I am older as a prima ballerina!
This is the first year I have auditioned for Summer ballet programs and I am excited to say I was accepted into a few of my favorites. -The Rock School for Dance Education, level 2
-The Joffrey Ballet School, intermediate level
-Maryland Youth Ballet, intermediate level
I am also waiting to hear back from the Ballet Theater of Maryland and The Ailey School.
I have dreamed of being able to attend the Joffrey Ballet School since I was almost 10 and really becoming serious about ballet. I am hoping to be able to raise enough money to cover my tuition, room & board, meals, uniforms and transportation. My goal is to raise $2,000.00 so that I can attend one week at the Summer Ballet Intensive.
I am trying to raise the funds because my dad is the only one working so my mom can homeschool my two brothers and I and any extra money we have goes towards my dance tuition. I currently dance 5 days per week, at 2 dance studios. I take 5 ballet classes, 1 tap, 2 lyrical, 1 jazz and competition classes at my home studio and Cecchetti III at a second studio. I always work hard and make the most of any private lessons I am able to take with my teachers.
