My name is Suhur, I am starting this campaign with the support of Alpha Trust (a non-profit, organisation registered in the UK Charity No. 1162975)
This is an urgent appeal, fundraising for the humanitarian crisis, the severe drought in the Horn of Africa. Rainfall over the past two consecutive seasons have been significantly below-normal level, and as a result, people and their livestock are facing a disastrous crisis. Hundreds of thousands of people and their livestock are both starving and desperate in need for food and water. Nearly 40% of the population is in need of assistance. Please help us raise as much as possible to assist the people who are in urgent need. We need to hold hands to overcome this crisis and help our, children, mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, sisters and brothers.
Think about how the price of your morning coffee can feed an entire family for a whole day. This is not raising money for the poor this is giving people a chance at life.
Alpha Trust has already started fundraising for the drought and raised over $10,000, but that is not ENOUGH. Even another £10,000 might not be enough but we need to raise and meet the target as soon as possible,
The money raised will go towards, food, medication and water to cover as much area as possible.
Children, elderly, and animals are dying for available resources, for the lack of water!

2. WHERE ARE YOU FROM ?
London, UK 3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for?
I am fundraising for The Somaliland Drought Crisis with the help of Alpha trust. My relations is tat iam a somali person and want to fundraise form my people.
4. How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible)
The funds will be spent on water, food and medication, it will all be purchased locally from Hargeisa And Borama. And will be delivered to the rural effected areas of the Awdal and Salal region.
5. How will the fund reach to the intended people?
Mr Dahir Ali Kulmie, The executive Director of Alpha Trust will personally go and visit the effected areas to personally deliver the water, food and medication purchased with the funds. You can contact him through facebook.
6. How are you delivering this funds to Alpha Trust ?
This funds are directly going to Alpha trust bank account throug stripe.
