Support the Family of Aaron Dubé

It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of Mr. Aaron C. Dubé. Aaron wore many, many hats. He was a husband to Heidi, father to Maizy & Layla, son, uncle, cousin, coworker, etc. The list goes on and on. To me, and to so many of you, Aaron was a true friend. His sense of humor was one-of-a-kind, and the two of us of enjoyed making each other laugh. I will forever miss my friend.

With your help, we can all help lessen the financial strain of a lost loved one, and begin to help Heidi and the girls heal over the days, months, and years to come. If you haven't already done so, please consider writing or typing a memory that will be shared with Aaron's daughters as they grow, and ask questions about their Daddy.

May Aaron's soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

"Aaron Charles Dubé, 45, of Rochester passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack, Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at home in his sleep. His golden heart stopped beating and our lives are forever changed.

Aaron was born in Rochester, MN December 26, 1972 to John and Susan Dube. He graduated from Mayo High School in 1992 and joined the U.S. Air Force. Aaron then decided to work in the construction business until he earned his degree from the Building Utility Mechanic program from RCTC. He worked for Kemps the last 5 1/2 years. He had previously worked as a mechanic for Lakeside Foods, a carpenter and in construction.

Aaron married the love of his life, Heidi Klassen on July 7, 2007. They have 2 children: Maizy Sue and Layla Sande. Aaron loved spending time with his family, and was the best person, friend, husband, and father that anyone could ever hope for.

He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying spending time on the water fishing, skiing and boating, as well as going for road trips, camping, grilling, hiking, downhill skiing, and enjoying the great outdoors. Aaron was always working on projects and willing to lend a helping hand. He had many talents including carpentry, drawing, playing guitar and harmonica, and singing. He had the unique ability to put people in a good mood just by being around them, and was generous, helpful, and kind to everyone. He was a huge fan of the Minnesota Vikings, and watching games with him was both entertaining and deafening. He will always be remembered for his contagious laugh and larger than life personality. If Aaron was in a room, you knew he was there! He loved talking to people and keeping busy. Aaron lived his life spontaneously and fearlessly. He never let fear keep him from trying something new. His adventurous spirit and zest for life inspired those who were lucky enough to know and love him.His greatest joy in life was spending time with friends, family, and especially his two daughters.

Aaron is survived by his wife, Heidi; two daughters, Maizy and Layla; father, John Dube; sister, Holly (Matt) Brown; father and mother-in-laws, Toby and Gail Klassen; brothers-in-law, Kevin Klassen and Troy (Alexis) Klassen; sister-in-law, Tracy (Anthony) Curran; nieces & nephews, Ethan and Daniel Brown; Avery, Chase, Ellie, and Jorie Klassen; Joshua, Luke, and Karis Curran; and many other family members. He is preceded in death by his mother, Susan Dube; infant twin son and daughter, Charlie and Savannah; grandparents, Wallace & JoAnn Dube, Charlie and Magdeline Ulfers, Keith Ballard, Rosie Ballard Schuster, and Jim Schuster."
